Before you submit your application You have the option of having an upfront medical exam. To get one, contact a panel physician directly.

I had this thing in my mind because, My Fed application was submitted on August 2018 and MIDI also launched Arrima portal in August, Hence chances are high that they have misplaced the request from Federal for the CSQ verification.

I have received CSQ in Mon Project account, it was issued online, there was no physical copy, So Yes, I have sent correct one, One of my friend she also attached the same copy and she got her AOR.

You cant link you application with CIC account until you received application number.
