Lol :D Even CIC didn't answer that question, I had to do appeal for "right of information" and after that they gave me AOR.

I am also in similar situation, My file was received on 7th AUG 2018 and AOR was 16th JAN 2019.

Yes, I am assuming very soon the official estimated time will become 21 months on CIC site.

My application deadline has just been increased by 1 month. It was 7th April 2020 and Now it shows 7th May 2020.

You are good if you already have your PR, And if you don't, Then I will suggest not to move out until you received it.
