Thanks, genuinelyjenny, I saw it in the checklist but my concerns was caused by "Principal Applicant - Print Your Full Name" written below space for your name. However I found something in another theme in this forum so I will copy it here too.

neilyong7, are you sure about Declaration of commitment? In my opinion it should be filled by principal applicant and only signed by the spouse (on Signature of Witness place). I don't see how the spouse will fill that form when it ts crearly written: "Principal Applicant - Print Your Full Name"...

What EOI form they are gave you? Paper based? And if it is the same as on the web site how it will be used to prove your attendance to the session? I am curious :)
