There is no need of e-signature. Every form requiring your signature must be filled > printed > signed >scanned and sent. Of course, there is no need to print the whole document. You can print only the page requiring signature and after sign and scan to add it to document.

Did you check if your Bank issued these documents in English? In Europe is normal practice and most banks issued certification letter in English too, not only in official language in your country.

Well, I was asked to reassess my NOC. I changed it from 2171 to 2228 and sent edited 003 form. It is currently on its way to NB. I hope there will be decision next week.

hogiamisan, I would contact them (Ms Fatima) and ask, because in my opinion this is mistake from their side and if they have been asked you to change the NOC than the letter of confirmation should indicate the new NOC.
