I think that if they were exceeded the number of allowed nominations they would stop to sent ITAs. But I guess it is normal the process of nomination to becоme slower as the number of received documents is growing continuously.

In that case you are lucky that they had requested additional docs. Other option was to reject your application as you were not followed the Document checklist instructions. So, keep calm ;)

immi_bird, my AOR is 05 Oct. There is a lot of time to wait... JAPMAX, in case you receive ITA, you will have to show that you had maintained required funds at least 6 months before to submit your EOI.
