    It's an unpredictable waiting game after eAPR ( submission of your PR documents). Few applications are adjucated within a month while most wait 4 to 6 months. It depends on the complexity of your case, cic work load, etc.

    Since you were a full-time employee during your maternity leave , it does not need to be mentioned separately. You could add it in your LoE if you want.

    It won't be a problem. the '40 hour work week' is an average estimation. So in your case.. the average comes to 42 hours . This is not a discrepancy.

    International vacations can be added in Travel history. For Personal History , add your dates of employment , unemployement , education, military service etc. You need to break up an employment based on vacations.
