Anyone received the csq after doing the medical?

You can find many threads about the medical exam content but it's a general examination with blood, urine test and chest x-rays.

Good chance they will return the whole thing, I don't think you can do anything right now.

I am in the same boat waiting for CSQ and IRCC keeps asking me to provide it. MIFI is creating a backlog to slow the immigration. Nothing you can do but wait or change your destination province.
