AUGUST 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

We're on the same boat here. We don't have a clue neither why they're processing people who have sent their application way after ours. It is really worrisome but we have no other choice but wait...unfortunately.

That's really strange! Maybe you should send them an email and ask for the reason. Maybe they made a mistake. It won't be the first time. They're humans after all. EDIT: Is it possible that these two children are already Canadian citizens?

I hope you're right! Thanks! I guess I'm starting to worry since it's been 29 business days exactly since my application was received by CPC-Mississauga. I'll try to do some yoga this week-end! ;D

I hope this would not affect those - like myself -who are still waiting for SA, but the processing time for the assessment of sponsor has just jumped to 32 days (instead of 29 previously) for the "Spouse or common-law partner living outside Canada" (Mississauga). :'(

Stage 2 AOR is about the sponsored applicant. It comes usually from Visa Office and can be anything ranging from a missing or updated document request, a scheduling of an interview (if any), to a passport request for the visa.

That's a mean thing to say! You're welcome... anytime! Once in Quebec I'll invite you for a visit. You'll love it. It's unique, it's [mostly] French speaking, it's beautiful, it's... Quebec (*)! ;D (*) Paid by the Official tourist site of the "Gouvernement du Québec"...

AUGUST 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Congrats to all. I'm a bit sad, I think I'll be the last one to get his SA in the August group despite of my timeline. I've been told the Francophone department (Family class Processing Centre in Mississauga) has a backlog of at least two weeks, probably more. I filed my application in French -...

I'm not proud to say it but I stopped breathing the day I filed my application. I've been checking several dozen times a day both my email, ECAS and MyCIC. You should use the IRCC Web Form (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp) to change/modify your mailing address.

Hey! Congrats! We have a similar timeline, I hope I'll get mine soon. Just curious if you don't mind. While checking your timeline I've noticed your Med. was done 3 months before filing your app. Just wondering why.
