Not exactly. It's an average of 32 days since application reception by CPC-M, and an average of 8 days from AOR. In my case, it has been 44 days (or 31 working days) since reception! CIC is announcing an average of 32 working days before SA, so I guess I'll start really worrying tomorrow!
