I tried both, expired and current passport, same result "Not Found".... As pedros mentioned, you don't need to bother yourself with USA exits (as all the exit will be shown as entries on the CBSA record), so the most important thing is the entries !

Personally, I already got my CBP record through FOAI and it shows all my entries to the USA (more then 10), so I was surprised that new tools didn't find any one ::)

Thanks chikloo, I finally got the record... I sent an expedited request two months ago, it got declined. I appealed that decision and a week later I got my CBP record :)

I have similar timeline as well and no updates since Feb... (last week I called, I was told that my file still in Sydney) The only update you will see on your eCase is either "Test invitation" or "RQ" and it may take a while...

For those who got their files transferred to the local office, could you please confirm if the "Received" line is still showing in your eCase or you have only "In Progress" In my case I still see both lines and my file is in Sydney!

Personally I provided them what you've mentioned and I already got my AOR, so it should be fine...

I always entered Canada as PR and there is just two times where passport number was mentioned, when I first landed (Immigrant Visa) and when I lost my PR card (I entered with Travel Document). For the rest, they only list my PR card number.
