The stamp on the letter shows that the letter was sent from Sydney and the last time I called CIC, I was advised that my file was in Transit to Local Office...
So, I think that Sydney sent me RQ and sent my file to local office at the same time.
You can check the RQ form and all the requested documents using the following link
http://residencequestionnaire.wordpress.com/cic-documents/cit-0171-10-2013/
I m very depressed today because I got RQ from Scarborough local office...
Now, I need to fill up the RQ form (It's like sending new application !!?)
I don't understand why they don't request these documents with the initial application >:(
You can add your username and your stats to the November 2013 applicants spreadsheet (Check my signature)
You will find the timeline in the spreadsheet
Congrats mrbravo and thanks for the detailed timeline :)
Personally, I do see " in process" + " Received" in my ECAS and when I called this week, I was told that my file still in Sydney ??? I don't understand why it still there !!!?
As keesio mentioned, for your application you need only a copy of bio info pages of your passport...
If you wanna have a copy of your entries to the US and the website don't list them you can try to order the CBP record (through FOIA), the pb is that the processing time for such record takes...
[1] - you can check your US entries using the link bellow (some people reported that you may not get all your entries using this website)
https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html
[2] - CBSA should list all your entries to Canada...
