Can you file a complaint about this delay for no reason in any way? If someone's file is complicated and there is a delay it's understandable but the file not getting picked for 7.5 months is absurd. Is there like something wrong with some people that they get ignored for no effing reason?

I don't see many people getting PPR from Nov and Dec, except for the people residing in USA. Even on immitracker, applicants from Sept and Oct are getting their PPR. But in your case why they haven't even started anything in 5 months is completely insane. I think they are testing our patience...
