Last year, timelines were so amazing that people received PPR in the very month they submitted e-APR. What's happening this year.

I don't think it matters as long as you meet the cut-off points. Further, there is a gap between first and last job for NOC 4112 and NOC 1242 is only 10 months. So, I believe the best way would be to claim points only for the last 20 months of NOC 4112. Let the experts comment on this.
