I don’t think I get which is Ecas and which is GCkey. Why are there two? Do you need to set up both?

I was finally able to link using Family Name and Application Number and the Passport Info of the PA. Let me know if that works for you!

Despite getting aor I’m struggling to link. You’re saying that you used all sponsor info on the login. Nothing PA?

Mine is exact same as yours. But different than synoptic. It also lists our cpc as Mississauga even though we submitted to Sydney.

August 13th applicant here. Outland from US. Just got our AOR today!!

Essentially what you’re saying is that it’s longer for first contact but when you do hear from them you’re further along in the process? Email is still first contact and you get your # then....?

How can you get a file number without an AOR? Is there another way to link on GCKEY to see the status?
