So here’s what I’m unclear about. If we soft land in September but move in October, wouldn’t we still meet the 153/183 day residency requirement?

Our application was transferred to Mississauga very early on and remained there (applying from US).

Just to update on our timeline. We applied in August. Never had requests for supporting documents or anything. Medical done in October and received our COPR last week!

I've already been approved to sponsor. We are at the COPR point in the process... These changes are recent and really unexpected and that's why we're at a loss of what to do. Is it still considered who following/accompanying who if we've both ever only lived in the US?
