I do understand that our situation is unusual... In the event that there are a couple years that I don't remember the address where I lived (or it was a college dorm) is it best to just lengthen the period of time I lived at the other addresses?

Seriously, list every place I have lived since birth? I will do it if it seems right it just seems so extreme (and to be honest, I don't remember all the addresses....).

I'm struggling with this same question as well. I've only ever lived in the United States. I'm 33 years old and have lived in at least 8 different apartments in the last 15 years (life in NYC!). Do they want every address I've ever lived in listed since birth even though they are all in the US?
