    Please inform your visa office through case specific inquiry. They can give you guideline. Don't delay. I think I read somewhere that a new baby should be added to the application within 60 days of birth.

    Are you a provincial nominee or FSW? You can explore what are the requirements for CEC... if you get Canadian work experience, you may be eligible for applying for PR...but you need to research this on their official website as I am not sure.
