Actually email from cic for my additional documents was delayed by 6 months due to communication error; they informed me about this problem when they asked for additional documents. So I had requested them to consider this problem when i sent my additonal docs...maybe that's why...

    My P.A. is EFL. I have noticed that CSE slows down the processing and it did not wake them up in my case at least...they missed sending additional doc request email despite 2 or 3 CSEs. Thanks
