Wow, refused 4 times!!? I'm trying to help family members apply for their TRV and come for a 1 week visit for our wedding this summer. If they get refused, that would be a disaster. Luckily I have not purchased their flights yet. Wouldn't be able to get a refund if that were the case.

They have only asked for copies of the entire passport. It is not a requirement to provide your passport for countries who are Visa exempt (i.e., Estonia). So I don't expect that they will ask for the physical passport. But still no change in status (still showing application received!!)...

Well, I had to submit application for temp visa today since my current status expires in March. Can't take the chance of being out of status should my PR come only in March! Still waiting on DM...but I couldn't be as confident as you Diana! Oh well...only another $100 on this process...

Yes, just the scanned copy of the passport. Based on my review of past members on this board and their stats applying through Warsaw, it seems like the timeframe is anywhere from 20 weeks to 40 days to get Visa/COPR. I guess we should be patient again.

They asked for my passport copy on Jan 22/15 by email. So it seems fine. I too would love to know whether that means anything or not. Many offices send email saying they are ready to issue the VISA and to courier in your original passport. But I guess for us, we don't need a Visa as we are...

I am helping my father-in-law with his TRV thru Warsaw. I prepared all the forms and paid the fee on the website and printed the receipt. However, I noted on the Warsaw CIC website that they want payments at Polish post offices, or bank drafts drawn on Canadian bank accounts, etc. No mention...

Not yet...still showing application received :( Checking every day to see when it will change. Hoping it skips past in progress right to decision made :D
