That's interesting because I hardly see any jobs on LinkedIn. Hopefully, things change soon. :)

    Detroit-Windsor Landing Experience

My understanding is, you enter from Detroit-Windsor Tunnel as you'll hit CBSA there and exit from Ambassador bridge which is where you'll hit CBP.

Just got an update saying that the photos I've sent doesn't meet the requirements. However, I wonder how they met the requirements when the passport was stamped with visa.

Thanks @21Goose !That makes sense now. The company doesn't have operations in Canada and I would be the only one working remote. BTW, I don't know what company you are talking about.

Thanks @DEEPCUR ! Can you share your experiences? I am planning to do my trips for 4-5 days of a month. Would that be an issue?

No, I am on a valid I-94 expiring shortly with no visa here in The States. So, I was little skeptical if they would let me in again.

I posted this in the other thread but didn't get any response. So, thought I will ask it here again so that someone could shed some light on it. For those who are working from Canada and coming to US once a month/occasionally, what are you being asked at the POE. My employer keep on saying that...

Working remotely from Canada in US company as Canadian PR

For those who are working from Canada and coming to US once a month/occasionally, what are you being asked at the POE. My employer keep on saying that commuting to US once a month on B-1 will raise flags at CBP. I want to understand what flags does it raise when I am doing everything as per law?

Missed Personal Effects Accounting Document at PR Landing

Hello Everyone! I just finished the PR landing process and returned back to US. On my way back, I realized that I didn't submit both the BSF186 documents at CBSA, though I carried them with me. Neither the officer asked me about them (I know it's my responsibility to get them stamped). The...

What do you mean by North? I guess in your case, you are able to travel back and forth but I don't have that luxury. Also, to do the initial landing, other than Passport, CoPR documents and Goods accompanying and to follow forms, would I need anything else?

That's why I decided to move to Canada. The system here sucks big time. Treats you as though you are an illegal immigrant even after spending more than a decade here.

LCA might be tricky. Should the employer letter be latest or could that be from the date when my petition was originally submitted?

Working remotely from Canada in US company as Canadian PR

Thank you! What documents are needed for AVR to come back to US? I currently have a valid I-94 based on my I-797. Would I be needing anything else to come back to US after initial landing?
