Well firstly, you should have informed them of your inability to start school. Your best bet now will be to contact them to explain the situation to them. All the best.

Even tho every program is different, on the average it takes about 1-4 weeks to hear from FGS whether it's an admit or reject. But it's true to check online regularly.

I think you should go ahead and apply for the study permit. If you are given ITA along the line you should take it as well. When you do get pr, you tuition will change and you will have to submit a copy of your or to the school to effect the change. Hope this helps.

I get that points that there are points awarded for LMIA and pnp. Of course they would want pple who already have jobs. But how does an old uneducated person(or low education) with a low skilled job, beat the h*ll out of a young skilled person with experience and a job but no LMIA? :o But not...
