Maybe the embassy has delayed in sending the mail. Is there a way to reach them? Else you would have to wait patiently for that mail.

Once married your spouse can apply for an open work permit. As for the change of name is all up to the both of you and want. A marriage certificate is proof enuff of the marriage. That's what I think. ::)

I need help in filling out the application for spouse open work permit. Particularly the part" details of intended work in Canada". What do I put for employer information and address, etc. Any help is much appreciated.
