It was supposed to be sent automatically. However, my panel physician snoozed a bit and I had to contact them to prompt them to send it. They claimed they were waiting to send it as a batch. I get you. But my wife has a permanent job here. My son is in school. Daughter starting soon. We are trying not to spend time apart. That's why we went the inland route.
