Well cic got my app nov 18th...on january they requested a missing doc which we sent back,one week ago we got AOR and them 3 days ago SA...We were so happy BUT they transfered the app to havana!!! and here is the deal "I dont live in cuba!!!" im a cuban citizen but i live in miami since 3 years...

hi guys,there is an app on the app store called ecas checker,,i dont know if its good or not but you can give it a try...

how long after receiving AOR have you got SA people? and rhcolen thank you for your rpely

I recieved my AOR yesterday,CIC received our app Nov 18th,on Jan 6th they requested a missing form and received it a week later,... waiting for SA can we check our ecas with the UCI number on the AOR? or we have to wait for SA?

cic received our package nov 18,,hopefully in 2 weeks we will receive our AOR..

no worries,,all our brains become mush the moment we start dealing with cuba and CIC,,, ive had to deal with 3 things at the same time,Cuba,USa and CIC (since i live in usa)

your immigration forms you can sign them and send them to your future husband..you should fill them out once you get married thoug since one of them asks you about the date of your wedding,reception and so on... the photos must be loose,,the format doesnt matter as long as CIC(citizenship and...

even in our wedding video I do see him telling my wife ''and this document is for you to legalize your marriage in canada'' or something like that,,he gave us only 1 marriage certificate!!!!!!!! how many people here have gotten 2? now,,im really pissed....especially when i gave him a really nice...

quick question thoug,,,when you got married in cuba,,did you bring 2 marriage certificates from the notary in cuba or just 1?

1-you only send ''copies(or photocopies) of originals(that are not in english or french) so,birth certificate,police check,,marriage certificate(all in spanish) you send a copy with a certified trannslation... and the embassy of cuba in canada makes a lottttt of money from their...
