well,,I just received(on my wifes email) another AOR i guess this is AOR2 stating that my application for permanent residence was recieved by CIC and under that there is the address of the Canadian VO in Havana so,I guess my file went there.

like i said it doesnt matter where you applied for asylum residence citizenship,if you are a cuban citizen and come to the usa border they will grant you refugee status and residence,thanks to this country who really knows what happens in Cuba,not like the blind canadians who think cubans are...
