I'm CEC inland. AOR Jan 17th but didn't see any changes yet. But to be fair: it's been 3 weeks! Don't get nervous for no reason otherwise it's going to be 6 looong months - if your profile moves faster, be happy. But don't take the exceptions in this forum as a new standard. CIC said 6 months...

Are you CEC inland?

Yes, you have to go through an automatic system but will get to pick the option to talk to an operator eventually. It then takes a few minutes (20-30 minutes) until you actually talk to someone.

I agree that the "valid" job offer thing is super confusing as it means "with LMIA". It took me a while to understand that having a job offer isn't equivalent to having a valid job offer. If you changed in your profile valid job offer to "no" and still have enough points I guess you should be...
