I think they are trying to clear up their backlogs and would resume the program soon. It is now taking up to 11months or more to get to the first stage of their assessment which is completeness check. Hopefully when they clear up the many backlog, they would resume soon.

OINP has a one time application fee of 1,500CAD that should accompany your application after you receive PT interest from them.
