From GCKey status "We are processing your background check(IP2) to "Your application is in progress(IP1) starting February 1. I read some threads that this is the real start of IP1 and sometime will change again to IP2. I really dont know.

We have the same timeline buddy but I didnt receive PAL yet. I got ghost update from IP2 to IP1 last february 1. And still, reviewing medical exam result. Not yet passed.
