I have submitted my paper based file after SINP nomination on October 4th 2019. But I haven’t received file number yet.

anyone else with same dates. Please share your status

I have sent my file to IRCC on 7 November 2019.. I heard that they are taking 1.5-2 months to send the file number..

But not sure as when i called ircc they said it can be over 4 months as we know it depends on the number of applications they have..But one of my friend received the file number after 2 months.

Nov 21 GCKey reviewing medical exam results
Feb 1 ghost update - "We are processing your background check" to "Your application is in progress". (I guess its IP2 to IP1)
No PAL yet but I have seen some October AOR got their PAL last week of january.
