    Again, you dont need that part of your work ex to get the points. So does not matter what your title is if you dont use it to claim points.

    Are you in the US on a F1 visa or are you a US citizen/PR? If the former, then your university cannot hire you for greater than 20h/week.

    If your score with 2 years work ex is above the cut-off, accept the ITA. If not, reject and wait for your work ex to cross the threshold. If it is an issue of 2months, just wait it out.

    Post-ITA you will have to supply IRCC with a proof of your work exp. This proof requires a job description from your manager/HR. These duties must match the description of NOC code selected by you.

    You dont need the India work-ex for full points as you have the US work ex for >3 years. My suggestion would be to just put the India job that you had in biographical history and not put it in as work-ex.

    The rejection is caused by mismatch b/w your NOC codes. You need to put in a NOC code for which you have atleast 1 year experience.
