Pulmonary Calcification on X-ray

Dear all members, i have Pulmonary Calcification on X-ray by birth and there is no such disease and now my question, is there any problem while conducting medical for Canada Immigration. Please reply me as soon as possible.

Doctor who will conduct the medical will decide if that is a problem or not.
