We're Nov 22nd also also still waiting for AOR. We made a mistake on a form though so its possible our app is in the queue for return, may not give you an accurate picture of how processing is going...

I'm a Canadian citizen by birth and have never sponsored anyone or received any Canadian visa. Maybe I can call IRCC to see if I have a UCI?

When your app got returned did they just use regular Canada Post to send it back? Or one of the couriers like UPS or Purolator? Beginning to wonder if our app is going to be sent back. We realized too late that we made some errors and app was received Nov 22...a bit long to have not gotten AOR yet.

I'd be sure to send a letter of explanation with your application number. My wife did the same thing and this is what IRCC advised when I phoned them - note you need to send the OWP application to Edmonton, not Mississauga. The actual address is on the CIC website, the one that includes Station 777.
