IMM 5406 translation required?

We just realized that we forgot to translate into Japanese my wife's family member names on our IMM 5406, despite the form stating original names in their languages should also be written.

No idea how we missed this - anyone have any experience with such an error? Will whole PR package be returned or will we be asked to just resend this form with these translations? (Seems unlikely they can read them anyway!) We submitted Nov 22 and no AOR yet.

not sure if IRCC will return your application package.....but if you want to send updated form.....you may update the form and send through IRCC webform.....include a copy of your payment receipt

Thanks that is a good suggestion - we have her application number so even without AOR, they should be able to associate the updated form to the PR application. We'll also send a hard copy by courier just in case.

Not sure if this is calling attention to the mistake but seems they will likely catch it and if it reduces the chance of the application package being returned, is worth it.
