Finally! Almost a month and a half after medical passed, GCKey says that BGC has started! :) Still no file transfer email. Maybe they forgot to send it, may I missed it. Anyways, I'll be calling them tomorrow!

For us, eCAS says that medical results have been received and GCKey says that PA passed the medical exam. No email.

Call IRCC helpline at +1 (888) 242-2100 and select options 1, 1 and then 2. From there, follow the instructions. Hopefully, it will say that "you passed the medical exam". Keep your application number ready. Note that you can call this number only from within Canada.

I'm still waiting. seeing the trend, we should be getting them in a week or two.

Quick question. I noticed that your status on the tracker says that BGC is in progress, but VO is Sydney. Did your application get transferred to Mississauga or is it being processed in Sydney itself? I ask because, for us, its been a month since PA passed medical and there's still no transfer...

I'm in the same situation. AOR1, SA and med passed (Oct 9th). Since then no file transfer, no updates.

Great! You finally got an update. Though the mail thing is worrisome. What's the point of giving them an email ID if they're going to send paper? GCKey was down for sometime today, seems to be fine now.

Please wait for a day or two. Also, they might have mailed (not email) it to you, in which case it takes more time. If you do not have anything in a few days, call up the IRCC helpline.

Its a mess. I received my AOR and SA on the same day and the PA received MR the next day. A lot of people have reported file transfer after MR, but we have not received anything else. Just an update in GCKey that medical passed and that they're reviewing eligibility. No idea where my file is! :)

Did you get an email regarding file transfer? I got an email for medical from CIO Sydney and after PA's medical exam the next update in GCKey is medical passed - eCAS shows medical received. No email or update regarding file transfer. Is this normal?

I agree with @PrincessCRV. I got my medical request after AOR1 and SA. Currently in online account, medicals passed and background check not yet started. There is no order in which these things happen.

Right now, its Sydney but I would strongly suggest you to check the IRCC site before you mail your application. Sometimes they change the destination if the current one is overwhelmed with applications. Good luck!
