Hi all. I got my AOR today with a file number. When I logged into eCAS, it says "Decision Made" for the sponsorship application and "In Process" for the principal applicant's application. Does this mean that both AOR1 and SA are done? FYI, my application was received on June 28th. Thanks!

Hi Lizwatts. Select options 2, 1, 1 and then 0. You will probably get a message saying the queue is full. Try again and again till you get into the queue. I got into the queue after 3 days and had to hold for about 45 min to get someone on the call. Good luck!

I meant the sponsor's UCI number. They can call IRCC. In my case, I'm the sponsor (living in Canada) and my wife is the primary applicant (living outside Canada).

Yes, its outland. The sponsor can call IRCC as they reside in Canada. The principal applicant cannot as they live outside Canada. Keep your UCI number and courier details ready if you want to call them.
