My wife picked it up from VFS. I guess you can specify mode of delivery when you're submitting your passport.

Well, you never know. We got pre-arrival on March 5th, then nothing for almost a month. Then DM, PPR and stamped passport in a span of two weeks.The wait is long but when it picks up, it doesn't take long. So, don't lose hope!
