Mine changed a few weeks ago, but it has my complete address. So both addresses are the same. Nothing else happened since then.. still "in process".

You got it! Wow, that was super fast then! Took us over 4 months to get AOR from Vienna.. Have you tried logging into ecas yet? It usually takes a few days to work, so don't worry if you can't login yet!

Hey gutto, That's exactly what we are doing too. I'm German and I'm the applicant, and I've been in Canada since April 2011. We got married in March 2012 and sent our application in May. No need to worry, we are allowed to file outland while residing in Canada. Good luck to you!

Pigey, I hope you will get "in process" soon or that they're already working on it but haven't updated your ecas yet. I felt the same, but after 10 weeks in process you just wonder what's going on..

I totally know what you mean!! It's just difficult when you keep seeing in process and you wonder what takes them so long. :( I was hoping to land before Christmas as well.. I hope your file is already in process and your ecas just hasn't been updated yet!

We have been "in process" for 10 weeks now.. seeing those 2 words used to be so great and now I get pissed off when I see them on my ecas..

I believe you need to have 10 posts, but you reached that limit now, so try it again and it should work!

Hi Waikiki, if you submitted the application for the extension before the current visitor visa expires, you will be on implied status from the expiry day until a new visitor visa is approved. It pretty much means that you are legally allowed to stay while they are processing the application...

I would send an email to Vienna letting them know that and when you sent the requested documents and include the tracking number as well. So they have proof that it's on its way and not your fault if they don't get it within 10 days. That's really not much time for sending something by mail...

I finally got my new visitors record in the mail today! I applied for the extension on Sept. 06 and it was approved on Nov. 27. They gave me until April 03, 2013, so 6 months after my previous one expired. Now I'm hoping that I will get COPR waaay before that.
