Order the notes if you haven't done so recently. However, it will take you a month or so to get that information. I would also email the VO too. At this point, I think they should respond to you probably sooner than having to wait to get your notes about what is holding up your application...

You can send a note/letter through IRCC webform. If you have not gone past 12 months in processing they might not respond to you. But it was s worth a shot to at least give them a nudge to start looking at your file again.

If you have exceeded 14 months, in processing, then you can send a letter/note to the VO via IRCC web form. They should respond to you within 28 days about your status.

I know you have been waiting even longer. No other words for you other than to hang in there, and hopefully all of us who have been stuck here without news will get a decision made with our applications and be able to get on with our lives!
