If you check the list of the forms required on the cic website, just beside the title and number of the form there is a date. That date indicates when the form was updated. As long as you send the latest form, you should be ok. But be aware that if the form is updated before your application...

This is the AOR. But it doesn't mean that there are no errors. You can still get it back if some of the forms are out of date or have no date/signature in it.

I cannot be 100% sure, but the woman in the Call Centre said that it should not be a problem, as long as you attached the copy of the document where cic officer can find this number (study permit or work permit). This is not a usual reason to send the application back.
