2 short questions (IMM0008)!

Hello all,
I have 2 questions regarding form IMM0008. I am Canadian citizen wanting to sponsor my spouse from outside Canada, his form has these questions:

Qs 3: How many family members (including yourself) is in this application?
--> should my spouse indicate 1 or will I be included too?

Qs 4b: Language preferred for Interview?
--> if his native language is something other than English but his English is good enough that he will not need a interpreter would he still be required to choose other than English for this question?

For Q#3- You shouldn't be included, only your spouse (+ dependents if there are any).

Q#4- This should be your choice. If your spouse feels confident enough to communicate in English, just simply choose it.
