Not sure. Are you looking at the average time taken with a subset of only those people who have received PPR? For example, I just checked the June tracker and only 10 people have received PPR and yes their average time is between 30-40 days. But out of 541 only 10 have recieved PPR (in June)...

I believe you can order the notes via immitracker, they manage it in the backend. Hold on for others to comment as well.

Frankly you should wait some more. The average time to get PPR remains 100 odd days. It's too early for you to go into a concern/panic mode.

The average time still hovers around 100 days after AOR. What you are seeing are exceptions, if you check immitracker majority of folks from April and May have not received PPR. Every case is different, as long as your case is progressing you should be fine. Not trying to scare you, just hang in...
