You should get your spouse's CSQ within 3-4 weeks if everything foes fine. You can submit it all together to get your application updated once . Good Luck

From what I have seen on this forum if you submitted your application within Canada then 4-5 months from now and if you submitted your application outside Canada then 1-2 months.
