Letter of Attestation (as they call it) is just a formal letter asking for your new CSQ once you have your CoPR. You will have to send it to them via mail. There is no other way.

Sit tight and wait patiently. There is nothing to worry about. I was in similar situation last year. As they have received your complete application before CSQ expiry, they will process your application normally and send you the CoPR. Once you get your CoPR, send a letter to Qurbec...

Ok.... I got a new CSQ just the day after I posted it in the forum. So how it went I contacted MIDI about my CoPR, valid PR visa and expired CSQ. They asked me to request a letter of attestation and send it to them It took them a month to send me a new CSQ Now I will be landing soon :)

Funny and long story. In short, I wasn't been able to apply for Federal PR for 2 years after I received my CSQ. It was due to some personal and professional reasons.

I searched the forum, none of those have the same situation.

It should be fine.... as long as you stay in Gatineau and pay taxes in Quebec.
