I landed on October 6 Called CIC today, they told me that my file is pending and that I shud get the card soon. He told me to call in two weeks if needed. He did not say nothing about pictures or anything. Hope for the best. Good luck

Hi, I landed on October 6 it was Island application and the lady told me when I become permanent resident that I will receive my permanent resident card by mail and it will take maximum 13 weeks. Does anybody else have this kind of information?

I never change the address because I use a lawyer so he's address is on the website.if I understood everybody over here they should have information about your permanent resident card as well as your application. On the web website it's showing only about permanent residence application...

If you still want to apply you can, just put that you are charged but not convinced. And later when you get your documents from the court update your file. You must get an absolute discharge or your case dropped. Or you must wait 2-5 years to get pardon. But if you allay now till your case...
