He knows that but, he know that they don't call to tell you in the face you are refused. They simply send you letter your application has been refused and the reason. I'm not saying you can get PR without, but must be something I hope positive.

I really hoop for the best, being refused on interview I think is the worst thing ever. My lawyer is saying they don't call you to say you been refused.
