Really.... I tried every Bank in New Delhi and no one agreed to this.... As per them RBI does not allow them to do so.. Which bank has agreed to put a stamp of 6 months.. Please let us know and it'll help others as well from India..

Thanks Sameer.. SHould the barcode pages be on top of generic form or on top of checklist (i.e the whole package). Also is it required to fill in the additional dep forms if the number of dependents is not more than 5 (covered in generic form)....
