No, i don't think so.... If you are not claiming points for those years of work experience, it should not be necessary to provide reference letters..... Although this does not mean that the same is to be missed out inbackground declaration form or FSW form.... It is required to mention last 10...

People.... Looks like bad news but yes foreign services offices (which include CIC ) seem to be in strike mode ( not working at full capacity)... Please read thru...

I just read in another thread that the CIC is in strike mode and some of the foreign offices have already started not working at full capacity..... Can anyone in Canada confirm ... Is this the reason of delayed response on Cap update and reverts to applications for FAWP.....

But this is applicable only if you have used the card internationally .... if the card has not been used internationally ( I.e. not used outside India)..it should be fine ... please correct me if I' m i interpreting it wrongly...
