    by Feb, 2017 I should have 496 points (2 years work exp) but my PGWP expires May, 2017 so let's see :S

    my thoughts exactly - I didn't realise there were so many (based on this thread/ no other evidence) international students with >470 points.

    I don't see why not... I too am on a PGWP and have held Mutual Funds and Stocks for a few years now under the Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA) umbrella

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't your points jump from 445 to 460 or 475 based on the recent changes? (not allowed to post reference links - probably because I'm too new)
