Please elaborate? What I meant was that my paystub shows 37.5 hours/ week - so even after taking my paid vacation, I will still have more than the required 1560 hours at the end of a 1year period. Am I missing something?

I too just posted my EE profile - CRS@471 under the same occupation and NOC 6235. Are you working for one of the big 5? If you are, and it's similar to the company I work for, you work 37.5 hours/ week = 1950 hours/ year which means you have sufficient room for vacation.

Your agent is wrong and the 200 points is only if it's an NOC 00 job with a valid job offer. Canada Visa or any other CRS calculator is only accurate if your input is accurate. You need to first understand the definition of a Valid Job Offer in the eyes of CIC - please refer to this...

If you do not have an LMIA, then you would say No to the valid job offer question.

I am fairly certain you are allowed to upload a "Letter of Explanation" after you get your ITA and submit your documents.
