I called and the agent said I didn’t have to sign since it didn’t give me any instructions to. I’ll be keeping the client copy. When my friend landed the officer only took their copy and that’s the one they both signed but the client copy

If it’s still valid, within the 6 months you can use it. I’m using the one I had attached to my COPR too. Plus everywhere really is closed.

I just re-read my letter again. I need to send in my COPR with a pic to get my PR card. My pic is still valid so I’ll mail it in. In the mean time, I can use this letter to prove I’m a PR. So yea they skipped the landing. Yesterday I got an email and today they sent the same letter in my account

My COPR is valid until Aug. I didn’t book a landing interview because I had a trip in April and I decided that I would just complete the process then. My medical doesn’t expire until August so maybe that’s why my COPR/Visa validity is so long.

It won’t be a problem. Also if you didn’t decline and chose a different NOC and added LOE with what you just said you would be fine as well. That happened to me and I chose a different noc and gave the same explanation and I got PR in 2 months and 2 weeks.

Go to the cic website and print a screenshot as well as providing link to website where it says once you have submitted an application you are eligible to work full time. print it along with the receipt from cic and show them. That’s what i did so hopefully you can do that too

If you’re applying for or let’s say Feb 2020 then they would only count experience from Feb 2017. It must be within 3 years from date you’re applying. Yes you can use the 365 days

After you get ITA you can put your experience under personal Activities. You wont need to provide anything if it goes on personal Activities

Your friend will surely get a 5 year ban if he/she has multiple accounts. He/she can change the noc code after invitation and write a simple LOE saying he/she thinks this NOC he now chooses fits better with his job duties.

Wait until you have gotten ITA then you can put them under personal history activities
